A. TCI Aluminum North is unique in that we supply high-quality Kaiser and Alcoa aluminum along with extensive pre-machining service. Call us in the morning and we can ship your order that afternoon. If you want to save even more time and money, we can pre-machine your aluminum into precision blanks, ready for final machining in your shop, dramatically cutting your production time.

A. We have everything you could possibly want. In our Hayward, Calif., facility, we maintain a huge inventory of more than 1,000,000 pounds of aluminum, including sheet, plate, rod, bar, tube, Acc-u-plate, Econo-plate, Mic-6 cast tooling plate and standard structural and architectural shapes. But we're also more than aluminum. You can depend on us to source other materials as well, including stainless steel, cooper, nickel based alloys, brass, titanium, plastic and exotics.

A. TCI Aluminum North is a pre-machining specialist. We can speed up your production cycle with precision sawing, grinding, duplex milling, trepanning of rings and circles and fine surface finishing. Most important, with our state-of-the-art, high-speed production equipment, we can do the work in a fraction of time and cost of doing-it-yourself. In many cases, we can save you up to 50 percent.

A. One of the key advantages of working with us is our flexibility. We serve everything from two or three person machine shops to major international corporations, and we provide the same high-quality and attentive service to all. That has been our tradition for over 40 years.

A. No job is too small or too big. Since we work with both small and large companies, we will often get orders for a few pre-machined parts costing under $100, as well as orders for truckloads of aluminum stock worth thousands of dollars.
